Identifying Replacement Parts For Customers
Our customer was not able to decide on which handle set he required, because he wanted to convert his two position handle/pad set to standard handles. We asked our customer to us his old handles in the post so we could match up and alter a new pair to suit his needs.
We did just that and the customer was delighted, we believes that going a little bit further than the client would expect us to is priceless.
We received some email feedback stating “Michelle, thank you to you and your father for going the extra mile. I’ve fitted the parts you sent and they work perfectly”.
