All orders can be placed on the website using PayPal or Sagepay to make a secure payment as we are a web-based service. Simply add the part/s to the basket and follow the simple checkout procedure to place an order

Can I trust you?

We have been trading as Gardinia Windows since 1983 and have a proud reputation for service, quality & honesty. We take great pride in offering exceptional service and advice and have a team of dedicated & knowledgeable personnel to help our customers. We know we are not perfect however should something go wrong we always respond quickly and do everything we can to provide a swift and realistic answer.

What are your delivery times?

All orders are usually delivered within 3-4 days using the free UK mainland shipping option. providing payment has cleared by 2:00pm on the day of ordering. We do offer payable postage upgrades at the checkout should you require a faster delivery.

N.B Parcel Force do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday and Royal Mail do not always deliver on a Saturday (depending on the area)

We can deliver to almost anywhere in the world. All shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on the size and weight of the part(s) purchased.

What are your opening times?

Our warehouse and trade customer counter are open from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can deliver to almost anywhere in the world. All shipping cost are calculated at the checkout depending on the size and weight of the part(s) purchased.

What is your returns policy?

You are more than welcome to return an order within 30 days of the purchase date, providing it is un-used and not marked or damaged so it can be re-packaged and sold again. Find out more here.

how long will you retain my information?

Your order history with us will remain on our systems indefinitely, this allows your historical order history to be displayed in your account, in additions for returns to be opened for an order which you have placed.

What will you use my information for?

We will use your information for the purpose of processing your order, this includes handing the order over to one of our delivery partners who will obtain your contact details for the purpose of delivering the order. We will never sell your information on to a third party. You might also receive marketing emails from us; however, these can easily be opted out of and we will respect your decision to do so.

What is the latest time to order for ‘same day dispatch’?

All orders placed before 2:00pm weekdays will be dispatched on the same day.

Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday afternoon.

Which delivery couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail for smaller parts which fall within their size parameters for large letters or parcels & are classed as a UK Mainland destination.

We use Parcel Force for parts which are longer than 90cm or are heavy items. Find out more here

How can I edit my Billing or Shipping address after my order has been placed?

You can send us an email or use the chat function as soon as possible and include the Order number and the full corrected address. We will reply to confirm that it has been edited providing we are informed before the item is dispatched.

Where can I access my VAT Invoice?

All VAT Invoices are attached to the first email you receive from us after the order is placed (the order confirmation email).
