Maco Stable Door Lock Set 35mm Backset CTS ZTS 16mm Faceplate Top & Bottom Lock Sets 104706
This is the Maco CTS ZTS stable door lock set to suit both the upper and lower door locks used. The set comes with both top and bottom locks and Maco only sell and box the set with both locks which should be replaced together.
The 104706 Maco lock with a 35mm backset is often found on Upvc doors but has also been used on timber and composite doors to allow doors to be split horizontally to create the cottage type stable door configuration popular in situations such as kitchens etc.
Top section is operated by lifting the door handle lever to throw the lock points out and into place then turning the key cylinder to dead lock / open
Bottom section is key oerated (usual thumb turn cylinder but can be key cylinder) this it rotated 360 degrees to move the lock points into place to lock / open
