ERA Laird Challenger 3D Composite Door Upvc White Butt Rebate Door Hinge

- Adjustable: Yes. 3mm vertical height adjustment, 2mm left to right adjustment.
This hinge is universal so when you assemble them, you simply spin them round to fit either the left or right handing of your door.
Pin removal: You will find one end unscrews (gold grub screw). The opposite end is not a screw, it is the full length hinge pin. This will just go round and round if you turn it with the Allen key (it works against the grub screw for left to right adjustment).
To lift the hinge, remove the bottom cover cap and turn the Allen key anti-clockwise to wind the thread in. Note that you will need to do all the hinges by the same amount to move the door slab, otherwise the other hinges will hold it in same place. We suggest 1 full revolution at a time.
Make sure the 2mm silver grub screw on the side is not holding in the pin (used for open out doors to stop pin been forced out). Then take a pair of long nose pliers and grab hold of the end of the gold grub screw. With some force pull out the pin it will come out in one piece.
