ExpertThis is the Avocet trivalent window lock gearbox that accepts shoot bolt extension rods. The gearbox is available in both a 20mm or 22mm backset option to suit the profile system once used.
You can normally re-use the existing shoot bolt rods and also frame keeps as it is the centre gearbox that usually fails however should you also need the extension rods or frame keeps scroll down the listing to choose them.
