ExpertThis is the lower height Winkhaus Cobra door lock made to suit many modern bi-folding door systems used both in aluminimum, timber and also upvc bi fold doors.
The hook postions on this version of lock have been moved closer together so that the lock can be used on lower height masons openings allowing bifold door systems to achieve a shorter / lower head height for properties where there is a height or clearance restriction. The hook to hook postion on this door lock is 1345mm see drawings for detailed specification
The Winkhaus bi fold 2 hook door lock has a 24mm wide faceplate and is a u shaped plate rather than the usual flat plate found on residential doors. The door lock has a 28mm backset and two hook locks to secure the door. The door locks are a lift the door handle lever to operate single spindle operation for through locking door handles. The locks are handed so please note the detailed images to ensure the correct handing is chosen.
