The worst case scenario will be moving the striker plate keeps to suit the new locking points which simply involves the removal of 1 or 2 screws, then just re-position and re-screw.
The new lock cams have a Allen key hole in them which when you turn it will move the cams in and out approx 1-2mm to adjust the window compression.
