The worst case scenario will be moving the striker plate keeps to suit the new locking points, which simply involves the removal of 1 or 2 screws, then just re-position the keeps, and screw then back into place.
The new lock cams have an Allen key hole in them. When you turn it, this will move the cams in and out by approximately 1mm-2mm to adjust the window compression.
