ExpertThis is our sourced trialled and designed tilt & turn full replacement kit which comes complete with all the parts required to replace and restore almost any make of old, obsolete or no longer made tilt turn window gearing once fitted over the last few decades within the double-glazing industry. The tilt and turn window was once the most popular window fitted and is still specified to this day. However due to it been used and fitted for over 30 years the window gearing hardware has become no longer able to be sourced and is therefore obsolete. Due to this our team of service engineers have been able to address this issue by site testing and fitting the Gardinia tilt turn kits to many different profile systems and replacing different makes of gearing with total success to restore the original window at a fraction of the cost of a new window installation.
The tilt turn kit comes complete with all the parts required and more than you will need to complete your repair. Included in the kit is a drilling template and a full instruction booklet along with fixing screws. This means that a competent DIY person will be able to carry out this repair and restore their broken, faulty or obsolete tilt turn opening window back to full working order.
* Should you have a particularly wide opening sash you can extend the maximum 1200mm width kit by adding the additional part 3489 which is a 420mm long extension piece which you will connect to the scissor arm so that you can achieve this and will allow the parts to be able to connect and work. You will only need one extension per opener as only the top scissor comnnects all the way round.

The tilt turn kit has been developed trialled and fitted on site and has been made to be fitter friendly and comes complete with all instructions and drilling templates so that you can repair and fix your broken tilt turn window system at a fraction of the cost rather than the expense of replacing the whole window. Simply choose the relevant size width by the size height and left or right-handed requirement and you will receive a complete kit of tilt turn parts to suit your opening window.
