Stormguard Low Aluminium Door Threshold Push In Gasket Weather Seal Black Bubble Flipper
This ExitexStormguard push in black bubble flipper lip type draught gasket can be used to replace the worn out or damaged gaskets commonly found on doors that have been fitted with a stormguard or Exitex low aluminium metal disability threshold. Since this gasket is used on the bottom of the door it can become torn and flattened, meaning that it will not provide a weather tight seal in this condition.
Replacing the worn and damaged gasket seal will restore the weather tightness of the bottom threshold seal and will help to prevent water and weather ingress. The gasket is pushed in and inserted into the purpose made groove and will require feeding into the slot.
Sold in a 1 metre increments of gasket, which is long enough to do a standard sized residential door. However, should you require a longer length then simply increase the quantity to 2 and we will cut a 2 metre length and so on.
This gasket can also be used on many of the Exitex aluminimum low height thresholds as a retro-fit replacement as this gasket has a push in arrow head shoe to go into the purpose made port where as the Exitex one has a flat blade which is inserted by sliding it into the ali threshold plate before the door is assembled around it.
