Simonswerk K3179 UPVC Residential Door Butt Hinge With Adjustable Threaded Bar and Fixing Plate
The Simonswerk K3179 door hinge was widely used on many UPVC door systems fitted in the 1990s and 2000s. Due to the threaded bar that protrudes from the side of the door hinge this allows it to be screwed and threaded into the side of the UPVC door opening sash. This creates an enhanced security point that also allows the purpose built sash plate to adjust the door sash from left to right so that the door can be set up to achieve optimum performance as necessary.

The hinges are universal and when you assemble them you simply spin them round to fit either the left or right handing of your door.
