The Omega heavy duty engineered letterbox combines smart design features, reliable operation and contemporary finishes. The sleek frame and flap design incorporate a heavy duty spring mechanism for everyday use and long lasting operation.
The Omega letterbox features a neat designed internal and external thumb access for ease of use. When fully open the external flap opens to 180 degrees without over stressing and smart frame design prevents abrasive action against the flap during operation. The internal flaps opens to 180 degrees.
This letterbox range is exclusively tested to meet the needs of the Uk weather and has superior corrosion resistance, exceeding the 500 hours salt spray testing rather than the standard 240 hour industry requirement. A combination of external foam and internal nylon brushes maximises weather sealing.
Can be used on Upvc, composite and timber door systems. The telescopic sleeve achieves a 38 - 78mm front to back size range however if you are prepared to cut the sleeve down with a hacksaw blade you can shorten the depth down to 20mm to fit into a upvc door panel or such like which is not difficult for an able DIY person.
