1 X Full length locking mechanism
This is the Mantis 1 Millenco 117mm PZ door lock which has zero Roller Cams whilst still having 3 Hooks and 2 Deadbolts. This lock was often used on doors with a flush fitting opening door sash vent either in a composite or timber door system. As the Hooks and Deadbolts are able to fully retract this allows the lock to be used on these systems where as the more common lock with 2 Roller Cams will not be able to do so.
Fitting Tip: You will also find that this lock was often fitted with either a 24mm or 44mm cover faceplate to suit the specific door sash and outer frame to be used. In this scenario you will need to remove the existing cover plate on the existing door lock to find the thinner linkage faceplate underneath.
The new replacement Millenco lock then needs the silver plated 16mm faceplate removing so that the wider 24mm or 44mm plate can then be attached to the new lock. (It is likely that the said smaller linkage plate will require trimming to fit to the existing cover plate as that will of been already cut to suit your specific door height. This is not a difficult job and needs a logical approach only and a screwdriver and hacksaw.
The overall length of the lock faceplate shown (OL: in attached detailed dimensions file) is simply trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of your own personal door.
