Note that the Mila twin cam drive gears come with the lock in the central open position. Mila position the gear with some break-off burrs inside the lock to prevent the lock moving whilst it is set up in position in the window, whilst been assembled by the fabricator.
On first operation it will feel like the lock is jammed but as you exert some force on the handle, you will find the burrs break off and the lock will operate as expect from this point onward.
Fixing screws and keeps are not included. This is because you will normally be able to re-use the existing ones. Fixing screws differ depending on the window profile so there is no one-size-fits-all solution. If you do not have these parts available, they will need to be purchased separately.
