The overall length of the faceplate (long metal strip) shown can be trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of your door.
To reverse the latch on this lock, there is a posidrive screw on the side of the lock just set back along the side which is on the opposite side to the orange label. You need to take the screw out completely and pull out the latch, spin it around, and slide it back into place and replace the screw and secure it.
Suitable keeps are available separately if required. The quantity shown is for a full replacement of all keeps:
- Part 1629 (left) or part 1630 (right) for the latch (x1 required). This is the Avocet Upvc Door Centre Latch Dead Bolt Keep Fits Left Or Right Hand Jamb.
- Part 1631 for the hooks (x2 required). This is the Avocet Hook or Dead Bolt Keep Suits Upvc Door Locks Universal.
- Part 2239 for the rollers (x2 required). This is the Gardinia Mushroom or Roller Cam Upvc Striker Keep Universal Door or Window.
