This is the Kenrick Excalibur UPVC Window Lock Gear Box with dual locking centre claws that connect to shootbolt rods, which then connect to the teeth connectors on the gearbox. It is usually the centre gearbox only that breaks and by changing this part, the UPVC window is normally repaired.
