Some older versions were stamped as 30mm backset but were basically the same and simply had a kinked out piece of steel to take the dimension up to 30mm. You should find this lock will fit with very little work, if any, to do.
The overall length of the lock faceplate shown is simply trimmed down at the ends with a hacksaw to suit the length of the door.
This part has teeth behind the faceplate to fit to shoot bolts if required. If not used or required, simply ignore them as they will not cause any issues.
