ExpertThe Fullex 2 point patio door lock was once a very popular Inline patio mechanism fitted to residential properties. However They are no longer manufactured and are now obsolete. The point that usually fails is the centre spindle cam spigot point where the handle levers are operated from as this is the area that does most of the work and eventually stresses and collapses.
Working with our suppliers and development team we have been able to source and design the centre spigot to suit the Fullex inline patio gearbox so that with only a little DIY work you are able to remove the broken cam and replace it with the new one which has the unique 5mm square spindle hole size, to carry out a successful repair to restore the patio lock to working order.
Alternatively you can choose the full 4 part internal kit which includes the centre cam, spring, rectangle plate with protruding lug & the slider lock rectangular plate, so you can fit and replace all the internal moving parts.
The gearboxes were either a 21mm backset or 31mm backset and this dimension was always taken from the front of the faceplate to the centre of the square spindle hole and can be easily measured even with the lock fitted to the patio door.
What you will receive:
1 X Replacement centre cog gear with 5mm square spindle hole (size as chosen either 21mm or 31mm)
Alternatively if you choose the full 4 part kit you will recieve:
1 X centre cog gear, 1 X rectangle plate with protruding lug, 1 X spring & 1 X slider lock plate
Fullex patio door lock replacement centre cog cam gear 21mm or 31mm backset size and also the full 4 part internal kit.
