This is a secondary glazing vertical sliding sash key locking cam security plate that locks into the purpose made keep plate (not supplied) to prevent the sliding sash been forced open once engaged. Made to suit sliding sash type sliding window systems and most commonly found on secondary glazing systems.

The frame keep part is to be re-used as that part was normally made to suit the specific secondary glazing system and was quite often pop riveted to the aluminium frame and is therefore not available as a separate part.
White locking fitch fastner that was usualy found on aluminimum secondary glazing window systems.
