Avocet WMS Old Brassy Door Lock DBAV352HB Match Full Length Keep, 2 Hook, 2 Roller Striker. Left or Right Fitting.

  • Fully adjustable lock points
  • Comes with optional sash lifter plate which does not have to be used and can be ignored if wished.

Door adjustable centre latch and deadbolt plate, this keep can be used on most profiles by packing / removing plastic. The handing of the keep is identified from the external view as follows:

  • Viewed from outside
  • Door opens into property
  • If the full length keep is screwed to the left hand side of the frame it is a LEFT hand keep
  • If the full length keep is screwed to the right hand side of the frame it is a RIGHT hand keep
  • Viewed from outside
  • Door opens out of the property
  • If the full length keep is screwed to the left hand side of the frame it is a RIGHT hand keep
  • If the full length keep is screwed to the right hand side of the frame it is a LEFT hand keep

These keeps fit the DBAV352HB (our part 440 / Avocet WMS Upvc Door Lock 2 Hooks 2 Rollers 35mm Backset Yellow Brassy). Please check the roller cam dimensions because these keeps will only fit that specific lock.

What You Will Receive:

1 X Full length door keep

Part 1038 (left hand version) is discontinued and no longer available. Part 1039 (right hand version) is still available.
