The hinges are universal and when you assemble them you simply spin them round to fit either the left or right handing of your door.
N:B Avocet have now updated these hinges to the new SET3D range which has meant they have moved the pin fixing positions slightly (see detailed dimension drawing shown. This is a simple re-drill and fixing of 4no holes and you can use the new gold plate as the drilling template as 2 of the holes are in the exact same position.
